Электронный «мозг» стиральной или сушильной машины: принимает сигналы от кнопок, датчиков (дверь, термистор, датчик влажности, уровень воды) и реле включает мотор, ТЭН, клапаны, насос. Бывает одна плата или две: главная (main / power board) с реле и плата интерфейса (UI / display board) с кнопками.
Где:
• Whirlpool Duet и электронные Whirlpool (сушилки) — под верхней крышкой сзади, в пластиковом корпусе; код F01 = отказ главной платы (часто подгоревшее реле).
• Samsung — в консоли сзади или за верхней крышкой.
• LG — за консолью / под верхней крышкой.
• GE, Frigidaire — в консоли.
• Стиральные — обычно в консоли (верхняя загрузка) или сзади под крышкой / внизу (фронтальные). Плату инвертора мотора (motor control board) см. отдельно.
The electronic brain of a washer or dryer: it reads buttons and sensors (door, thermistor, moisture sensor, water level) and uses relays to run the motor, heater, valves, pump. There may be one board or two: a main / power board with relays and a user-interface (UI / display) board with the keys.
Where:
• Whirlpool Duet and electronic Whirlpool dryers — under the top panel at the back, in a plastic housing; code F01 = main board failure (often a burned relay).
• Samsung — in the console at the back or under the top.
• LG — behind the console / under the top.
• GE, Frigidaire — in the console.
• Washers — usually in the console (top-load) or at the back under the top / at the bottom (front-load). For the motor inverter board see motor-control-board.
Признаки поломкиSymptoms when it fails

Питание на входе платы есть, при команде на выходе появляется напряжение к узлу (по схеме: 120 В на мотор, 240 В на ТЭН и т. д.); на плате нет следов перегрева.
Supply present at the board input; on command, voltage appears at the output to the component (per schematic: 120 V to motor, 240 V to heater, etc.); no signs of overheating on the board.

Вход есть, все входные датчики в норме, а на выходе напряжения нет — плата. Подгоревшее реле/дорожка — плата (или ремонт реле, если умеешь паять).
Input present, all input sensors good, but no output voltage — board. Burned relay/trace — board (or relay repair if you can solder).
Плата — последнее подозрение. Сначала проверь питание (розетка, автомат, колодка), предохранители и все входы: дверь, термопредохранитель, термистор, кнопку старта.
The board is the last suspect. First verify supply (outlet, breaker, terminal block), fuses and all inputs: door, thermal fuse, thermistor, start switch.
Найди tech sheet (часто приклеен внутри консоли или за панелью) и запусти сервисный режим: он покажет коды и позволит включать узлы по одному.
Find the tech sheet (often stuck inside the console or behind a panel) and enter service mode: it shows codes and lets you run components one at a time.
Обесточь, сними плату из корпуса и осмотри: подгоревшие пятна у реле (особенно с обратной стороны), трещины пайки, вздутые конденсаторы, оплавленные разъёмы.
Unplug, take the board out of its housing and inspect: burned spots near relays (especially on the back), cracked solder, swollen capacitors, melted connectors.
Под напряжением (только если обучен): по схеме проверь, приходит ли питание на плату и выходит ли напряжение на нужный узел, когда плата должна его включить.
Live (only if trained): per the schematic, check that power reaches the board and that voltage comes out to the component when the board should switch it on.
🔧 ЗаменаReplacement
Обесточь. Сфотографируй все разъёмы до отключения. Отключи разъёмы (нажимая защёлки), открути винт корпуса, выдвинь корпус, отщёлкни крышку и фиксаторы, вынь плату. Держи плату за края, сначала разрядись о заземлённый металл. Новую плату ставь по точному номеру с наклейки на старой плате; на некоторых моделях её нужно «прописать» под модель (настройка в сервисном режиме) — смотри инструкцию к детали.
Unplug. Photograph all connectors before unplugging. Release the connectors (press the latches), remove the housing screw, slide the housing out, unclip the cover and retaining tabs, remove the board. Handle it by the edges after touching grounded metal. Order the replacement by the exact number on the old board label; some models need the board configured for the model in service mode — follow the part instructions.

Самая дорогая и самая часто ошибочно диагностируемая деталь: до заказа проверить питание, датчики, провода и разъёмы. Номер платы брать с наклейки на самой плате — у одной модели бывает несколько ревизий. Возврата электроники продавцы обычно не принимают. Б/у плата дешевле, но гарантию клиенту на неё не дают.Most expensive and most often misdiagnosed part: check power, sensors, wiring and connectors before ordering. Take the number from the board's own label — one model may have several revisions. Sellers usually don't accept electronics returns. Used boards are cheaper but no warranty for the customer.

💡 Заметки мастераTech notes
- Плата дорогая — ошибка в диагнозе бьёт по кошельку. Многие «мёртвые платы» на деле — сгоревший термопредохранитель, дверной выключатель или нет одной фазы.Boards are expensive — a misdiagnosis hurts. Many "dead boards" are actually a blown thermal fuse, a door switch or a missing supply leg.
- Если плата сгорела, ищи причину снаружи: замкнутый ТЭН, заклинивший мотор, подгоревший разъём — иначе новая плата сгорит снова.If a board burned, look for the external cause: shorted heater, seized motor, burned connector — or the new board will fail too.
- Ремонт реле (Whirlpool Duet F01) паяльником возможен, но это для опытных; клиенту обычно ставят новую плату.Relay repair (Whirlpool Duet F01) with a soldering iron is possible but for experienced techs; customers usually get a new board.
