Безопасность и тип машиныSafety and machine type
Обесточь машину. Найди модель (наклейка под крышкой, на двери или сзади) и посмотри в мануал/tech sheet: есть ли внутренний нагреватель. Подсказки: режимы Sanitize, Steam, Allergen, Hot+Heater, «Extra Hot» — почти всегда значат ТЭН. Обычная американская вертикалка Whirlpool/Maytag/GE/Speed Queen греть сама не умеет.
Запиши код ошибки: LG tE (термистор), HE (нагреватель); Samsung HE/HE1/HC (нагреватель), tE/tC (датчик температуры); Whirlpool front-load F3E2 (термистор); Bosch E19/F19 (превышено время нагрева), E20/F20 (неожиданный нагрев).
Unplug the washer. Find the model (label under the lid, on the door or at the back) and check the manual/tech sheet: is there an internal heater? Clues: Sanitize, Steam, Allergen, Hot+Heater, "Extra Hot" cycles almost always mean a heater. A regular US Whirlpool/Maytag/GE/Speed Queen top-loader can't heat on its own.
